1. Store Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the jewellery store to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory audits, and ensure accurate billing.

2. Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalations or complaints efficiently.

3. Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates and support staff.
  • Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences and meet sales goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and organize regular team meetings.

4. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Manage inventory movement — receiving, tagging, and securing valuable stock.
  • Conduct stock verification and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and new product launches.

5. Visual Merchandising & Display

  • Ensure attractive and strategic product displays to enhance sales.
  • Plan and execute festive or promotional displays to attract customers.

6. Finance & Reporting

  • Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
  • Monitor store expenses and maintain profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
