Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Store Manager at GIVA. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and managing store staff. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring store policies are followed.
