Role: Transition Readiness - Project Coordinator

Location: Hyderabad

Hybrid Mode

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure projects meet the minimum requirements of the Transition Readiness process to pass smoothly through Technical Gates and maintain stability in live operational environments.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Owners, Service Owners, Managed Service Partners, Operations teams, and 3rd parties to ensure projects meet all requirements.
- Define and agree on end-to-end Technical Gate criteria throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, training, and non-functional requirements.
- Establish and define the end-to-end support model with all key stakeholders across multiple delivery organizations.
- Ensure lifecycle resourcing, training, tooling, support, and documentation are provided with formal sign-off from all key stakeholders.
- Capture and mitigate any risks to live operational services resulting from project deliveries.
- Escalate issues early, including sustained non-compliance or unresolved scheduling conflicts.
- **Transition Readiness (TR) Function and Process Development**:

- Identify and highlight potential service improvements to enhance the TR function, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as an ambassador for TR processes and controls, promoting adherence throughout Client ITS projects and operations.
- **Service Transition (ST) Function and Process Management**:

- Collaborate with the Service Transition function to ensure projects are well-prepared for ST gates.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology
- 6+ years of experience in a similar role within an enterprise organization

**Essential**:

- 1-2 years of experience operating within a Service Management process in a blue-chip or comparable organization
- Ability to plan and manage your own workload while managing upwards with excellent attention to detail
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to work
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT
- Experience with core Service Management functions and processes
- Hands-on knowledge of the project lifecycle and project handover into operations
- Comfort with multi/matrix line guidance and reporting
- Proficiency in Project Management Life Cycle
- Expertise in Service Transition and readiness
- Ability to drive GATE 3 and Project Handover calls
- Define functional and non-functional project expectations
- Experience with project remediation
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and advanced PMP tools
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
- AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals Certification

**Good to Have**:

- Proven understanding of change management processes in a fully change-managed environment (ITIL)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Experience working to aggressive and changing deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
