**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick orders accurately and efficiently from designated locations within the warehouse.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items and ensure they match the order specifications.
- Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials and methods to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages with correct shipping information and ensure they are ready for dispatch.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to facilitate easy access to products.
- Assist in stock replenishment and restocking shelves as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the relevant authority for resolution.
- Keep accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
