The Fundraising Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase funds for the organization. This includes researching and identifying potential sources of funds, cultivating relationships with existing and prospective donors, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and organizing special events. The Fundraising Manager will also be responsible for developing proposals, tracking donations and reporting on progress.
- _Responsibilities:_

Research and identify potential sources of funds

Develop fundraising strategies to meet organizational objectives

Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective donors

Coordinate fundraising campaigns, including direct mail and online campaigns

Prepare grant proposals, reports, letters of inquiry, thank you letters etc.

Track donations, pledges and grants

Report on progress to senior management team

Organize special events such as galas or fundraisers to raise money for the organization

Monitor industry trends and participate in professional organizations related to philanthropy or fundraising

Manage volunteer staff involved in fundraising activities

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years experience in fundraising or a related field

**Job Type**: Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,416.58 per month
