**Role Summary**:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team at Bhive. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in vendor management and procure materials for smooth functioning of projects while upholding Bhive’s standards, goals, and brand ideals. You will work closely with both internal and external teams, collaborating to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Managing the procurement of products and services
- Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors
- Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions
- Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations
- Analysing and evaluating supplier performance
- Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports
- Developing and maintaining a supplier relationship
- Coordinating with other departments
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the Organization
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and vendors
- Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs

**Key Competencies and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Zoho Books.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of co-working or real estate industry trends is a plus.
