**About the role**
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts. Your primary focus will be on selling products or services to other businesses and organizations. You will be expected to achieve sale
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and training centers.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Execution**: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by executing effective sales strategies.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and drive qualified leads.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven experience or interest in sales, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- **Result-Oriented**: Ability to work under pressure and meet targets consistently.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
