**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Services**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and courteous manner.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions.
- **Reservations and Front Desk Operations**:
- Manage room reservations, including booking, modifications, and cancellations.
- Assign rooms according to guest preferences and availability.
- Verify guest information and process payments securely.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing guest records.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports and documentation as required.
- **Billing and Payment**:
- Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Reconcile cash drawers and handle transactions accurately.
- Address and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with the concierge and other staff to ensure guests have access to desired services and amenities.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- **Safety and Security**:
- Ensure guest safety by following established security procedures and reporting any suspicious activities.
- Handle emergency situations according to hotel protocols and ensure guest safety.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
