
Front Office Executive

**Patient Interaction**:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Register patients and verify their details in the system.
- Provide information about diagnostic tests, pricing, and process.
- Assist patients in filling out forms and understanding instructions.
- **Appointments & Scheduling**:
- Manage appointment scheduling for diagnostic tests and consultations.
- Coordinate with lab technicians and radiologists for test timings.
- Handle walk-ins and urgent cases efficiently.
- **Billing & Payments**:
- Generate invoices and collect payments (cash/card/UPI/insurance).
- Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate with back-office, pathology, and radiology teams.
- Inform patients about test reports collection and turnaround times.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office.
- Ensure availability of required forms, brochures, and materials.
- Support documentation, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- **Compliance & Confidentiality**:
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data privacy.
- Follow all protocols related to hygiene, safety, and infection control.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: healthcare/administration).
- 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostics setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic procedures is an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
