We in One Tool Excellence work to secure the end-to-end life cycle of Tools in Vestas. We develop robust systems which enables our customers to achieve optimum efficiency in the Tools Value Chain by creating Flow, pull through kaizen improvement workshops to meet the cycle time and takt demands & Kaizen improvements in Warehouse and Site Operations

**Responsibilities**
- Driving the Vestas Lean Methodology.
- Support the Warehouses and Sites in Deployment of Lean Methodologies and the One Tool Operating Model.
- Identify and initiate lean improvement project and initiatives; seek out and concretize new ideas, develop and lead kaizen activities
- Responsible for Manage/control product/process related cost on Warehouse and Site projects.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Work closely with the all the Vestas functions with strong stake holder management

**Qualifications**
- Relevant Skills and Experience with an Engineering /Any Degree
- At least 6 years of experience in Warehousing/ Manufacturing industry.
- Must have relevant work experience on various LEAN Projects & Cost Saving projects
- Must have Lean OR Lean/ Six sigma - Green Belt -Preferable
- SAP experience is added bonus

**Competencies**
- Proven experience of Lean initiatives in Manufacturing / Assembly / Logistics / Warehousing.
- Kaizen Development, Deployment experience /Project Management/ MES experience -preferable
- Strong stake holder management
- Multi-cultural work experience preferable
