Job Title:

Operational Excellence Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy process discovery for identified teams and implement standard frameworks to measure and improve efficiency.
  • Assess process complexity and spearhead continuous improvement projects.
  • Conduct quarterly assessments across teams to assess OE maturity penetration and create 30/60/90 days action plans.
  • Build a strong working relationship with stakeholders and drive OE agenda through a governance process.
Requirements:
  • Trained in Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt or certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt professional from a reputed institution.
  • Minimum 9 years of overall work experience, with 4-5 years in Continuous Improvement/Delivery Excellence/Operational Excellence/Performance Excellence role.
  • Experience in deploying/implementing process discovery/task mining preferably from services industry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.
