Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Development Manager to lead our global operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process excellence, engineering, or a related field and at least 8 years of offshore service delivery experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams across multiple scopes of work, overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring support coverage and efficient shift scheduling, driving consistent service delivery aligned with SLA/KPI targets, and facilitating effective communication between US and India leadership and their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor teams across multiple scopes of work.
  • Oversee hiring, training completion, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure support coverage and efficient shift scheduling.
  • Drive consistent service delivery aligned with SLA/KPI targets.
  • Facilitate effective communication between US and India leadership and their teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, Process Excellence, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Off-shore service delivery experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing offshore delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Off-shore/on-shore frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Project Management Tools (MS Project or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing transitions of transactional support service scopes from the US to India.
  • Familiarity with differences in US and India culture and how to manage in both environments.
  • Managing Teams in support of US client environments and time zones.
