As an Operations Executive in the gaming industry, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting various operational functions within our company. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute key processes, overseeing the daily operations of gaming platforms, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards in gaming services. This role requires a combination of operational management skills, basic testing expertise, and knowledge of enterprise tools and SQL. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for gaming.

**What you'll do**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity across departments.
- Provide support for projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analysing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders and service providers to facilitate communication, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to agreements.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and procedural manuals to support operational activities and compliance requirements.
- Assist in operational activities within the gaming division ensuring high quality delivery of tasks and deliverables from each activity
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address operational issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, efficiency gains, and operational enhancements.
- Utilize enterprise tools for project tracking, communication, and collaboration.
- Manage and analyse data using SQL to generate reports and insights that drive operational improvements.
- Having basic knowledge of testing APIs using tools like Postman.
- To contribute to all testing stages: requirements analysis, test planning, QA reporting.
