As a Payment Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our payment

infrastructure works reliably and efficiently. You’ll own day-to-day payment flows,

troubleshoot transactional issues, coordinate with internal teams and external partners,

and help build scalable processes that support our growing business. Your work will

directly impact the experience of thousands of truck owners and operators across the

country.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage daily payment transactions across fuel cards, tolls, reimbursements, and settlements.
- Investigate and resolve failed transactions, payment delays, or discrepancies.
- Liaise with customer support, engineering, and finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues.
- Handle chargebacks, disputes, and refunds in coordination with our payment partners.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies in payment flows and drive automation or process improvements.
- Collaborate with PSPs (e.g., Razorpay) and banking partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate records and support the finance team with reconciliation and reporting.
- Monitor key metrics, analyze payment trends, and help reduce failure rates or user

complaints.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and security standards (e.g., PCI DSS,

AML norms).

What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in payment operations, finance operations, or customer
- facing fintech roles.
- Solid understanding of payment systems and instruments - including UPI, cards,

wallets, ACH, and fraud detection tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfort with spreadsheets and

dashboards.
- High attention to detail and a knack for spotting anomalies.
- Self-starter with a startup mindset - someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building systems from scratch.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Bonus points for:
○ Experience with PSPs like Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU.

○ Familiarity with APIs, payment logs, and merchant dashboards.
