**Title: IT Assistant.**

**Reporting to: EDP In charge and in dotted lines to the senior Management as and when required.**

**Purpose of the Role: -**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the operations of IT departments is the primary duty of IT Assistant. They manage staff that upgrades and maintains a company's computer systems, including databases, data communication networks and software programs.
- Preparing different reports on regular and as and when required basis
- Monitoring and maintaining systems, servers, and cloud data
- Coordinating local and remote network equipment testing
- Equipment repair, repair for remedy failures, cable replacement and repair, replacement of information technology components
- Preparing and installing network and cloud-based software
- Diagnosing and resolving problems with malfunctioning components
- Maintaining data communication network within organisation and IP service provider
- Handling ERP system support as required by Team and staff
- IT System management (cameras, Wi-fi, biometric, printers and systems)
- Supporting any IT requirement for events and adhoc programs
- To follow the instructions given by the Management from time to time.

**Key Skills**
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management.
- Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge.
- Must have commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as

they relate to Computer Systems and Telecommunications.
- Collaborate with department personnel and design innovative solutions for all IT issues

and maintain all hardware and software for processes according to security requirements

and maintain logs of all issues and assist to resolve all efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to grow and establish key relationships.
- Able to obtain cooperation from both internal and external Departments.
- Strong organizational skills, time management and presentation skills with a professional business approach.
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and meeting legal requirements.
- Team-player and ability to work on various initiatives originated by the Management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Prior implementation experience of SAP B1 would be a huge bonus for this role
- Willingness to travel for the purpose of Company Business.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree and IT Qualified.
- Post-Graduation from premium institute will be an added advantage.

**Prerequisites**:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the IT Sector.
- Experience in Manufacturing and Production Companies will be an added advantage.
