**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Generate leads through outbound calls.

2. Deliver compelling sales pitches.

3. Build relationships with potential students.

4. Achieve monthly enrollment targets.

5. Maintain accurate CRM records.

**Qualifications**:

- 0 - 2 years of telesales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
