**Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Seating**: Welcome guests with a smile, manage reservations, and seat them promptly and efficiently.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate with guests and team members to ensure smooth coordination of seating arrangements.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, assisting with menu information, and accommodating special requests.
- **Reservation Management**: Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system, ensuring accurate guest information and preferences.
- **Cooperation with Staff**: Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, finding swift and effective solutions.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the hostess station and waiting areas clean and organized at all times.
- **Assisting with Event Planning**: Support the coordination of special events and private parties as needed.
