**Requirements for IR Executive**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Labor Law Compliance**:

- Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure the organization's policies and practices align with current labor laws.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

2. **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address and resolve workplace concerns.
- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and disputes, providing recommendations for resolution.

3. **Conflict Resolution**:

- Mediate conflicts between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement conflict resolution strategies.
- Advise management on handling sensitive employee relations matters.

4. **Grievance Handling**:

- Manage the grievance handling process, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations into grievances and propose appropriate solutions.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations roles.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

8. experienced in handling Unions and Labour Cases.

**Salary**: From ₹38,000.00 per month
