Guest Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Greet and welcome clients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
Ø Conduct guided property tours, highlighting luxury features and amenities.
Ø Manage client databases and maintain accurate records of interactions and preferences.
Ø Build and maintain strong client relationships for a personalized experience.
Ø Schedule appointments and coordinate property viewings and meetings.
Ø Ensure smooth communication between clients, property managers and the sales team.
Ø Prepare and manage client feedback reports to continuously improve services.
Ø Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on materials and presentations for prospective clients.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in guest relations, hospitality, or luxury customer service roles, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Experience**
Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience, preferably in Real estate.
**Salary**
As per the company norms.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,838.21 per month
