**Job Summary**
- effective calling in student counselling mode is critical for the job.
- calling existing and potential students to persuade them to take admissions.
- carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in our training programmes.
- accurately recording details of prospective students.
- using sales scripts to drive admissions and respond to prospective students.
- meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call targets with respect to productivity.
- organize career counselling and career development sessions for students.
- develop positive working relationships with faculty, administration, and co
- workers to achieve desired goals, coordinate sales effort with team members & other depts.
- make telephonic calls and setup meetings with students for counselling purpose.

Freshers with good communication (Bengali) & counselling skills are welcome to apply.

We basically require female telecallers from 18-26 years of range.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bengali (preferred)
- English (preferred)
