**Position Overview**

This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about education, communication, and student engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interact with **students and parents** to guide them through the admission process.
- **Call and counsel** prospective parents and students for admissions.
- **Follow up** on leads generated through marketing and digital campaigns.
- Maintain student data, admission forms, and report systematically.
- Make **presentations to schools and tuition centres** to promote programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure **targeted admissions growth.**:

- Address student and parent queries and manage grievance resolution effectively.

**Preferred Background & Qualifications**
- **Education**: B.A / B.Sc / M.A / M.Sc (any discipline).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or education marketing preferred.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication in **English and Bengali**.
- Ability to engage confidently with parents and students.
- **Computer Proficiency**:

- High competency in **MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.**:

- Ability to manage and report data efficiently.
- **Personality**: Pleasant, confident, and student-friendly demeanor.

**Compensation.**
