We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Freelance Admission Counsellor to provide expert guidance to students, parents, and/or institutions on academic planning, college admissions, curriculum development, and educational best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in the education sector, and the ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or group consultations for students on academic planning, course selection, and career pathways.
  • Assist students and families with college/university selection and admissions processes, including essay guidance, application strategy, and interview preparation.
  • Support schools or educational institutions in curriculum design, teacher training, or program evaluation.
  • Conduct academic assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning.
  • Stay updated with current trends in education, testing, admissions, and scholarships.
  • Create personalized academic or career development plans.
  • Deliver workshops, webinars, or presentations on topics like study skills, test prep, or college readiness.
  • Offer guidance for international students on studying abroad, including visa requirements, language tests, and cultural readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in academic advising, college counseling, or curriculum development.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects.
  • Experience with virtual consultation platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Certification in college counseling or educational consulting is a plus.
