**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Understand client requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties or investment opportunities.
- Provide accurate information about available properties, including pricing, features, and terms of sale or lease.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and follow up on client inquiries.
- Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitive developments to inform clients and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as established by the company.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, and investment opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
