**Responsibilities**:

- **Making Outbound Calls**: Contacting potential or existing customers to introduce products or services, promote special offers, or conduct surveys.
- **Handling Inbound Calls**: Answering incoming calls from customers, providing information, taking orders, resolving issues, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- **Maintaining Records**: Updating customer databases with call details, sales information, and customer interactions accurately.
- **Achieving Targets**: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volume, sales, or customer satisfaction metrics.
- **Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines**: Following predefined scripts, sales pitches, or call handling guidelines provided by the company.
- **Collaborating with Teams**: Coordinating with sales, marketing, or support teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective problem resolution.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in the local language or languages relevant to the target audience. Proficiency in additional languages may be beneficial.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Skills**: Basic understanding of sales techniques, persuasion, and ability to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Resilience**: Patience, persistence, and ability to handle rejection or challenging customer interactions positively.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude, willingness to learn from colleagues, and contribute to team goals.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum 12th
- Experience minimum 1yr
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
