**Position**: Personal Assistant cum Front Desk Executive
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
**Industry**: Legal & Business Consulting (IP, Trademarks, Startups, SMEs)
**About the Role**
**Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management**
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism
- Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and conference room usage
- Maintain front desk area, meeting rooms, and office ambiance
**Personal Assistance**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director/Partners
- Manage calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and send reminders
- Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and logistics
- Draft basic correspondence, take meeting notes, and follow up on tasks
**Office Coordination**
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Assist in organizing office documentation and filing
- Support HR/Admin in onboarding and coordination activities
- Handle courier, inward-outward registers, and office supplies tracking
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business Admin, or Arts)
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in front office, executive assistant, or admin roles
