This multifaceted position involves assisting the Community Manager, managing the front desk, supervising administrative staff, and handling vendor relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Community Manager in planning and executing creative community engagement initiatives.
- Manage the front desk, providing excellent service to visitors and handling inquiries.
- Supervise a team of administrative staff, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Coordinate vendor communications and oversee office management tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in community engagement, office coordination, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory at all.
- Relentless drive, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude towards community building.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with a diverse crowd.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle administrative tasks and vendor relations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
