As a Front Desk Executive you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Welcoming**: Welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- **Visitor Management**: Maintain a visitor log, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- **Scheduling**: Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms, appointments, and conference calls, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling mail, coordinating courier services, and assisting with document preparation.
- **Facilities Management**: Coordinate with facilities management to ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other facility-related matters.
- **Assisting HR**: Support the HR department with tasks such as maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
- **Handling Deliveries**: Receive and distribute packages and deliveries, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to the intended recipients.
- **Maintaining Front Desk Area**: Keep the front desk area tidy and organized, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the IT industry.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and managing information.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
