**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and workflows.
- **UI Design**: Create visually appealing and functional interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
- **Interaction Design**: Design interactive elements and animations that enhance the user experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD,** or similar.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design** principles and practices.
- Experience with **wireframing and prototyping tools**.
- Designing **animations **and **interactive elements**.
- Strong **communication skills **for presenting and defending design decisions.

**Nice to Have**:

- Motion design (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)
- Advanced accessibility (WCAG standards)
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
