**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing specific to eCommerce to identify user needs and pain points.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for our eCommerce platform, including product pages, checkout processes, and account management.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that demonstrate effective user flows and interactions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.
- Implement and maintain a design system that ensures a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyze user data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve overall site performance.
- Stay current with eCommerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and familiarity with web development processes.
- Knowledge of eCommerce metrics and analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
