We are looking to hire a dynamic UI/UX Designer with leadership quality to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that align with our brand and user needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design. Ensure that designs are informed by user insights and align with business goals. 2. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables. Collaborate effectively to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality. 3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs. Translate insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. 4. Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. 5. Develop visually appealing and cohesive design solutions that reflect the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience. Use typography, color theory, and layout principles to create polished and compelling interfaces. 6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple products and platforms. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the design process. 8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and develop their design capabilities. 9. Clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to both internal teams and clients, adapting the communication style to suit different audiences. 10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality designs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and user research methodologies. - Experience creating and utilizing design systems and style guides. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Experience with responsive and mobile-first design approaches. - Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Experience with animation and motion design is a plus Website www.olioglobaladtech.com
