**Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Figma - Web, Mobile & Desktop Applications)**

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for design validation.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Ensure designs are optimized for different screen sizes, resolutions, and devices.
- Provide handoffs and design specifications to developers using Figma’s collaboration tools.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and UI/UX methodologies.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from users, teams, and business stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and Collaboration features).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Experience designing for web, Android, iOS, and desktop platforms.
- Ability to translate requirements and wireframes into intuitive, functional, and aesthetically
- pleasing designs.
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Sketch.
- Knowledge of design handoffs tools such as Zeplin or Figma Dev Mode.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for better design-to-code collaboration.
- Familiarity with design tokens, atomic design, or component-driven design systems.
- Exposure to user journey mapping and interaction design
- Experience in brand identity design and iconography is a plus.

**Experience Level**

1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design using Figma.

**Languages**

Tamil and English (written and verbal proficiency required).
