**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure all customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction, following up as necessary.
- **Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
