**Customer Support Executive**
- Co-ordinate with multiple parties,
- Responding to enquiries of all the customers in the most efficient manner
- Regular updates and follow up with clients/ liners/ Shipping lines other service providers.
- Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.
- Maintaining data of all clients/ potential clients.
- Up-to data reporting to clients with cargo status pertaining to various shipments.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal & communication skills, Multi-tasking & ability to handle work pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
- Should have good command over Software Skills - Internet, MS Office, E-mail Etiquettes.
