Job Description: Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers for **KYC verification**.
- Accurately **verify customer information** to ensure correctness.
- **Ensure compliance** with regulations, legal standards, and company policies during KYC procedures.
- **Maintain confidentiality** of sensitive customer information at all times.
- **Communicate effectively** with clients during the verification process.
- **Document all verification activities** thoroughly and systematically.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Higher Secondary 12th Pass is required).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in **customer service** or **KYC processes** is preferred but not mandatory.

**Skills**:

- Excellent **communication skills** in English.
- **Attention to detail** in verifying and documenting customer information.
- Ability to handle **sensitive information securely**.
- Familiarity with **CRM software** for recording and tracking KYC data.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work **day shifts** with flexibility to adapt as needed.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
