We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for sales and education to join our team as Career Counsellors. In this role, you will engage with parents and students to identify their academic needs, provide tailored tutoring solutions, and build lasting relationships that drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement and Consultation
Contact potential leads to understand their child's academic needs and recommend tailored tutoring solutions.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our platform, including curriculum support, progress tracking, and the impact of 1-on-1 live sessions.
Driving Enrollments
Build trust with parents to ensure they feel confident in Mentor Match’s ability to support their child’s learning journey.
Upselling and Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities to promote additional services and programs to enhance the learning experience.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with customer success teams and tutors to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships with clients.
A passion for helping students succeed and a drive to achieve sales goals.
