As a **Trainee Medical Representative**, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products to healthcare professionals and driving prescription generation. You will undergo extensive training to enhance your skills and pharmaceutical knowledge. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**: Gain a deep understanding of our products, their benefits, indications, and usage.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- **Promotional Activities**: Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth.
- **Market Intelligence**: Collect market data and competitor insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain accurate records and reports.
- **Education**: B.Pharm or B.Sc. degree (Freshers preferred).
- **Age**: Below 23 years.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities for building professional rapport.
- Problem-solving skills with a critical thinking approach.
- **Attitude**: Positive, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Flexibility to travel within your assigned territory.
