**Job Summary**

The Medical Representative will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting and selling REDWUD CREATIONS’ medical products to drive revenue growth. This role requires a thorough understanding of our products, the ability to explain their benefits, and the skills to effectively address healthcare professionals' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Promotion**: Visit doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to promote and detail the benefits of our products.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to support brand loyalty and trust.
- **Market Research**: Gather feedback from customers, understand competitor products, and provide insights to the management team to support product improvements.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales reports, and inventory management in line with company standards.
- **Awareness Campaigns**: Organize and conduct workshops, presentations, and events to raise awareness about our products within the healthcare community.
- **Travel**: Regular travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and achieve sales goals.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills; ability to understand technical medical information.
- **Self-Motivated**: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
