**Basic Job Description**:
As a QSR food restaurant Guest Service Associate/Team Member, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your outlet, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy and adhering to health and safety mandates.

The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food and drink and good customer service.

**Job Duties**:
Fast food workers can be charged with a wide range of duties, including:

- Preparing and cooking food
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving customers
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Operating cash registers and receive payment from customer in cash or by credit card
- Maintaining dining areas and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans, and washing or vacuuming floors
- Promoting positive guest relations
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintain
- Operating for Pizzas delivery within limited area.

**Requirements**:

- High school/ diploma/degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of experience in QSR industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Freshers with hospitality background and excellent communication skills can also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
