**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented **Guest Service Associates** to join our team. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every guest—children and parents alike—feels welcomed, informed, and supported during their time in our centers. You’ll help guide families through our play zones, provide assistance as needed, and maintain a safe and engaging environment for all.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Provide information about the different play and learn zones, helping guests understand how each area promotes child development.
- Assist with the supervision and facilitation of activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children and parents.
- Engage with both parents and children to ensure a memorable and enriching visit.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure play areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day.
- Assist with event coordination and any special activities or workshops hosted in the center.
- Uphold safety standards, ensuring all play equipment and facilities are functioning correctly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a background in early childhood education or customer service is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both children and adults.
- A positive, patient, and energetic attitude with a passion for working with families.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle stressful situations with calm professionalism.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to address guest concerns on the spot.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guests' schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
