**Introduction**:
What will you be doing?
- Monthly tracking of investor reports from existing deals and summarising the performance in MS Excel and Power Point
- Review performance report produced by third party & provide feedback
- Work closely with other members of the desk and supporting teams to develop portfolio management/risk/surveillance platform
- Keep up closely with projects' life cycle (incl pipeline projects) and fully understand transaction details, be able to translate them into measurable surveillance and risk matrices to continue improve risk/surveillance process as the business grows.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Graduate or MBA from top tier Engineering/Business school
- Basic understanding of Financing Business as well as Securitized products like RMBS/CMBS/ABS
- Good MS Excel knowledge including VBA macros
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written), Strong Analytical Skills, Aptitude for self-learning - should be able to demonstrate a self-starting attitude
- Proactive in nature, should be able to take decisions and support those, should take complete ownership of the assigned processes

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Programming skills like Python
- Knowledge of financial product valuation/markets analysis is desirable (bonds and securitized products in particular)
