*Greet the welcome guest promptly in a warm & friendly manner.
- Assist guest with table reservation.

*Assist guest while seating.

*Ensure guest are serviced within specific time.

*Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standard.

*Speak with guest and staff using clear and professional language,and answer phone calls using.

*Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections.

*Set table according to type of events and service standards.

*Communicate with kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availablity.
- Check with guest to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages.

*Reviews order dockets ensuring accurate and timely preparation for order requirements accordingly.

*Perform shift closing on the point of sales terminal and tally cash and credit card settlement.

*Ensure that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized,both of the front as well as back of house aria.

*Ensure that hotel brand standard and sop aria consistently implement.

*Take an active role in coaching and develop junior staff.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
