**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and solving the issues/ requirement of the customers.
- Have to do data entry for the restaurant menu.
- Provide service and customer support during phone call.
- Install our POS software in their System / Device via Google meet/ Any desk, on Field, etc.
- Give training about our product to our client.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Work to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by organization
- Responsible to be fully aware of Ciferon products and able to demonstrate them
- Submit daily or weekly reports with activities to seniors

**Experience** **Range** - 06 months to 01 year
- Should have Good Communication Skills
- Post Graduate will be preferred
- Fresher are also invited.
- Must have typing certificate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
