**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement PPC strategies to increase website traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance and enhance targeting.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, ad copy refinement, and bid management to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge in the digital advertising landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure PPC initiatives are integrated seamlessly with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly and capitalize on opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ad and other digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified deadlines.
- Google Ads certification or relevant industry certifications preferred.
- Prior experience in [specific industry or niche] is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
