**What you will do**
- Work on self-sourcing model with no agency support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirement, skillsets.
- Ensure pre-determined SLA’s and take ownership of identifying and engaging with potential future Colt employees across multiple geographies.
- Ensure ready talent pool for all niche roles.
- Create diversity talent pipeline for regular hiring roles.
- Contribute ideas toward Colts online presence and brand awareness across relevant social media platforms and Colts website
- Connect with stakeholders on offer process and timely release of the offers.
- Maintaining and updating TA reports.
- Provide market intelligence to the stake-holders by market mapping.
- Lead the apprentice program, by connecting with stakeholder, understanding the requirement and initiate the hiring.
- Connecting with the colleges and universities for finding suitable resources for aforesaid program.
**What we’re looking for**
- **7-12 years of hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.**:
- **Results-Oriented Approach**: Strong commitment to achieving hiring success, with a focus on meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual headcount targets.
- **Proficiency in Recruitment Platforms**:Advanced user of platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter, Google etc.
- **Resilience and Multitasking**:Ability to stay composed under pressure, manage multiple priorities effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- **Influence and Credibility**: Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership.
- **Market Awareness and Innovation**: Stay updated on market trends and advancements in recruitment strategies, proactively suggesting innovative solutions to enhance Colt’s hiring strategy.
- **Industry-Specific Expertise**: Strong background in hiring for the Telecom or IT industries, with an in-depth understanding of their unique requirements.
- Education
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a relevant field
