As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Bangalore office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including preparing the job description, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner working for the India/UK/Europe market.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and understanding of job boards.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Based in our office hubs, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
