We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to kickstart their career in IT administration. The Junior Administrator will assist in maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across systems, networks, and user support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily administration of servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical assistance to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Help monitor and maintain regular backups of company data, ensuring that recovery processes are in place and tested.
- Assist in implementing security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and data encryption.
- Support network connectivity issues, troubleshoot network equipment, and assist with network upgrades and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and support tickets.
- Assist in the creation of user guides and technical documentation.
- Work closely with senior IT staff and other departments to ensure effective IT solutions are delivered and issues are resolved promptly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Education: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS), networking concepts, and IT troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being proactive in taking ownership of tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Handson Knowledge of AWS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Azure and Google Cloud platforms.
