**Responsibilities**: - Gathering requirements for analysis, developing the analytical approach (which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms), extracting, and analyzing data to create insights, and presenting the insights to stakeholders - Working with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) for the purposes of analysis, leveraging relevant programming tools (e.g. SQL, SAS,R) - Developing in-depth knowledge of Banking domains - Experience in one of the following domains:in Marketing, Risk, Digital, Customer Experience **Qualifications**: - 2+ years of relevant analytics experience - Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills - Programming skills required for data extraction, analysis, and presentation - Experience in a quantitative field (Business analysis, Statistics, Predictive Modeling) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented - Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams - Adaptive to matrix work environment **Education**: - Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, MBA, Statistics, Economics This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
