Reporting To: Chief People Officer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations across the APAC region, with a base in Bengaluru, India. This is a generalist role requiring strong business partnering, strategic thinking, and operational excellence across multiple countries. You will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture across our regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Strategy & Business Partnering

  2. Partner with business leaders across APAC to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

  3. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.

  4. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  5. Collaborate with management teams to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber talent across countries.

  6. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and alignment with company culture.

  7. Employee Relations & Engagement

  8. Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated, connected, and productive workforce.

  9. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement processes fairly and consistently.

  10. Performance Management & Development

  11. Lead the implementation of performance management systems and development frameworks.

  12. Partner with management teams to identify and address capability gaps.

  13. Compensation & Benefits

  14. Work with global and regional HR teams to administer and benchmark compensation and benefits programs.

  15. Ensure equity and competitiveness across APAC locations.

  16. Compliance & Governance

  17. Ensure HR operations adhere to local labor laws and regional compliance standards.

  18. Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and data in line with company and legal requirements.

  19. HR Operations & Analytics

  20. Oversee HR processes, including HRIS management and data analytics.

  21. Generate insights and dashboards to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field: HR certification preferred.
  • 4-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3+ years in a regional or multi-country role (preferably APAC).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across India and other APAC markets including Australia and New Zealand.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
