About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations across the APAC region, with a base in Bengaluru, India. This is a generalist role requiring strong business partnering, strategic thinking, and operational excellence across multiple countries. You will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture across our regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders across APAC to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Collaborate with management teams to attract, assess, and onboard high-caliber talent across countries.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and alignment with company culture.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a motivated, connected, and productive workforce.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement processes fairly and consistently.
Performance Management & Development
Lead the implementation of performance management systems and development frameworks.
Partner with management teams to identify and address capability gaps.
Compensation & Benefits
Work with global and regional HR teams to administer and benchmark compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure equity and competitiveness across APAC locations.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure HR operations adhere to local labor laws and regional compliance standards.
Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and data in line with company and legal requirements.
HR Operations & Analytics
Oversee HR processes, including HRIS management and data analytics.
- Generate insights and dashboards to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field: HR certification preferred.
- 4-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3+ years in a regional or multi-country role (preferably APAC).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across India and other APAC markets including Australia and New Zealand.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
