**Job Description for the position of Area Sales Executive**

**Location**: Bangalore

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Achievement of the Business plan Zone wise/ State wise / Area wise
- Managing the sales & ensure profitability of the same
- Ensure business growth and sales volume
- Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing budget
- Conceptualizing / designing & implementing regional sales & marketing plans for accomplishment of assigned targets by establishing strong client/ dealer / Distributors/contractor / architect relationship
- Managing the entire sales & distribution network for the region
- Managing dealer and distributor network
- Expansion of the dealer & distribution network
- Brand promotion activities to increase the brand visibility in the region
- Ensuring price & credit control
- Develop & recruit a strong technically qualified sales force across the region
- Optimum utilization of resources & cost management
- Initiating ATL and BTL activities and participating in the exhibition

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
