Design and implement automation using Deluge scripting (or other Zoho tools) to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
- **Integration**:

- **Data Management**:
Ensure data quality and integrity within the CRM system, and create custom dashboards and reports for sales performance tracking.
- **Technical Support and Training**:

- **Collaboration**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, IT) to improve CRM utilization and optimize sales processes.
- **Process Analysis**:
Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for automation, customization, and optimization.
- **Solution Development**:
Develop and maintain Zoho Creator apps and custom modules as needed to address specific business requirements.
- **Issue Resolution**:
Troubleshoot and resolve any Zoho CRM issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM and the Zoho ecosystem.
- Experience in Zoho CRM development, integrations, and Deluge scripting.
- Ability to translate business concepts into Zoho system interface and meet client requirements.
- Experience with APIs, Webhooks, and RESTful services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Zoho Certification is often preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
